One of my favorite movie quotes is “You can do it!” It’s often said by Rob Schneider in Adam Sandler movies like Waterboy.
Even though “growth mindset” wasn’t a popular term when the movie was produced, “You can do it!” can fit well with growth mindset ideas. A person might need a new strategy or to make extra effort to succeed, but who doesn’t need the encouragement to persevere? Who doesn’t need the belief that they can do it?

Thanks for your comment, Grady! That’s one of my favorite things to say to my kids before a big event – using my terrible Rob Schneider impersonation, of course! And I agree that Waterboy is definitely a great movie with some high quality H20! lol 🙂

Currently the devotional book we are using with our son has a section called “You Can Do It”. It’s the application section, bringing home the Biblical principle.
Great visiting your post…
Have a blessed evening…
