With Father’s Day this weekend, I couldn’t help but think of an amazing father and son Ironman team – Team Hoyt.

Deb, aloha. Absolutely love the Hoyts. A number of years ago they were the keynote speakers at a convention. How inspiring their story is. What a father!

In the morning before the convention started, several hundred people also went on a 5K run with them. Those people who joined them on the run came back positively beaming.

Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads out there. Aloha. Janet

P.S. Thanks so much for reminding me of the Hoyts, Deb.

Thanks so much for your comment, Janet! What an amazing experience it must have been to hear the Hoyts speak! I’m always moved every time I watch the YouTube videos. The love Dick shows his son is absolutely beautiful … and it’s great that Dick can actually compete better because he’s doing it for his son. I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend! πŸ™‚
