We need to remember what heroes so many teachers are, whether they’re public-school teachers, private-school teachers, or homeschool teachers.
National Teacher Day (Teacher Appreciation Day) is the Tuesday during the first full week of May. I hope you take the time to honor a special teacher from your childhood or to help your child honor a special teacher.
Mister Rogers has a wise quote that so clearly shows the importance of good teachers: “Anyone who does anything to help a child in his life is a hero to me.” Fred Rogers. While the quote can apply to more people than teachers, teachers are clearly heroes in many children’s lives.
“Anyone Who Does Anything to Help a Child” Word Art Freebie
I created a word art freebie based on the Fred Rogers words “Anyone who does anything to help a child in his life is a hero to me.”
For printing, feel free to download the word art freebie without watermark. If you’d like to share the image online, please use the image with the watermark. Of course, I always appreciate when you link to my post and Facebook page, too.
To download word art for printing without watermark, click here, then right click on the image and choose “Save Picture As . . .”
Be sure to check out my best teacher appreciation quotes for lots of inspiration and ideas of ways to say thank you to a special teacher.
