Do you wonder what your child needs next? Following the child is one of the most important concepts in Montessori education, both for parents and educators. It doesn’t matter what age the child is. And the best way to know how to follow the child is by quietly observing. I love this quote by Maria Montessori: “‘Wait while observing.’ That is the motto of the educator.“
