August is Happiness Happens Month! I have fun being a Happiness Happens Ambassador throughout the month, sharing happy quotes and graphics on the Bits of Positivity Facebook page and Twitter.
Today, I want to share a word art freebie for a wonderful quote that’s been misattributed to a number of people, including Immanuel Kant, Elvis Presley, Alexander Chalmers, Allan K Chalmers, Joseph Addison, and Rita Mae Brown. The quote was by American clergyman George Washington Burnap (1802–1859), published in Burnap’s The Sphere and Duties of Woman : A Course of Lectures (1848), Lecture IV: “The grand essentials to happiness in this life are something to do, something to love, and something to hope for.”
For printing, feel free to download the word art freebie without watermark. If you’d like to share the image online, please use the image with the watermark. Of course, I always appreciate when you link to my post, too. :)
