If you’re looking for fun workouts for kids, be sure to check out the dance workouts for kids choreographed by my daughter, Chrissy, at ChrissyChitwood.com. Chrissy is a professional dancer and fitness expert, and she has dance workouts on YouTube and embedded in the Fitness for Kids category blog. You can find dance workouts there to “Happy,” “Let It Go”“Happy,” “Let It Go” from Frozen, and “Everything is AWESOME!!!” for kids (and kids at heart).

Dance Workouts for Kids

I guess I’m definitely a kid at heart because I LOVE doing those dance workouts. Of course, I love Christina’s other dance workouts (for teens and adults), too. (Note: You can find a Fitness for Kids category at Christina Chitwood.)

If you click on each photo, you’ll go to the blog post with embedded YouTube videos for the dance workouts and dance-workout breakdowns. There are also tips for getting the most out of the dance-workout videos.

I homeschool my 2nd and 4th grade girls and have been looking for some videos to do with them for exercise time/PE. My 7yo and I did the “happy” video today and although it was mostly too hard for her she LOVED it and had a great time. I think if we do it every few days she’ll have it down soon! Thanks for sharing these.
