Happiness Happens Month starts on August 1! During Happiness Happens Month, you’ll find lots of happiness inspiration and fun activities.
Secret Society of Happy People and Happiness Happens Month
To learn more about The Secret Society of Happy People (yes, you can join!) and Happiness Happens Month, check out my first Happiness Happens post: August is Happiness Happens Month!
Even though Happiness Happens Month sounds silly, it does have a very important purpose:
“The month reminds us that happiness happens one small moment at a time and it’s our job to recognize those moments when they happen. It reminds us that sometimes a small action boosts our happiness. It reminds us that happiness is a personal experience and it’s also contagious!”
Happiness Happens Month 31 Day Challenge
According to the Secret Society of Happy People website,
“… the challenge is our daily happiness activity focus. The purpose of the 31 Day Challenge is to do one small thing a day that helps boost your happiness and then post selfies so you can share your happiness with others.”
To join in the 31 Day Challenge, RSVP to the Happiness Happiness Month 31 Day Challenge Facebook event. And don’t forget to sign up for your Amused Member emails so you can keep up with all the fun events!
Happiness Quotes and Graphics
Of course, don’t let the 31-Day Challenge stress you. You can adapt it as you wish. If you wouldn’t enjoy doing the 31 Day Challenge, you can just enjoy the inspiring graphics and quotes throughout the month. (I don’t tend to take selfies, so I’ll be focusing on happiness graphics and quotes, which are my favorite parts of Happiness Happens Month). I’ll be sharing lots of happiness quotes and graphics at the Bits of Positivity Facebook page throughout August.
Hoping lots of Happiness Happens for you this August (and throughout the year)! 🙂
